The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. Nabil picked us up from the airport with fifteen cases, which I appreciated. The staff at Millie's made breakfast nice each day. They ensured I had a takeaway cappuccino for work, which I greatly appreciated.
As a regular customer visiting often, I expect consistent service. The valet parking team often falls short of expectations, to my disappointment. Despite my requests to keep my car nearby, they park it further away.

Every restaurant at the hotel blew me away with the food quality! Breakfast at Millie's became a morning ritual, and I loved it. Kaylen and Keshman made every morning nice and joyful.

The gym offered fantastic equipment and many opportunities to do exercise. I also enjoyed using the lovely pool on many occasions, which I found very clean. Massages and facials helped me to relax.
